Please enter the parking lot and
proceed to the upper left lot. You will meet a volunteer who will
give you a seller check in slip. Please complete the first 3
lines of the slip along with your self addressed envelope prior to
bringing your clothing into the sale.. |

There are
3 main drop off areas this season. Tent Items include:
All large baby equipment, large indoor/outdoor play items, gates,
safety rails and all furniture. All cribs, furniture
and play items must be fully assembled during drop off. The
large items can be dropped off at the tent first or last depending on
how you packed your car. Jump ups, front or back packs,
infant seats, diaper pails and bathtubs are to be brought into the gym
with your clothing.
Drop
off area 1 – If you have a crib, large furniture, or 4 or more
tent items, please drive to the left of the tent to drop off your
large items. See below map.
·Drop
off area 2 – If you have 3 or less tent items that do not require
assembly/set up or help moving items, please drive to the right of the
tent to drop off these items. See below
map.
·Drop
off area 3 – Please drive to back of gymnasium to drop off all
clothing, shoes, toys, linens, and all other misc. items.
Jump ups, front or back packs, infant seats, diaper pails and bathtubs
are to be brought into the gym with your clothing.
See below map. |
 |
If you are only selling
large items, you will still need to come into building A to register |
 |
If there is not an
available parking space in drop off area 3, you may park along the far
side curb by the playground. Please do not park your car
parallel to the gym as this is against fire code. Please also be
careful to not block the flow of traffic out of the parking lot.
Thanks! |
 |
After parking, please walk to the entrance to obtain a
rolling rack to bring to your car. If you do not have many items, you
can park and bring your items in without a rolling rack if desired. |
 |
Unload all of your clothing and small items onto the
rolling clothing racks and roll them into the gym. You will first
come to an inside greeter who will ask for your envelope, check in the
slip and one of your hanging clothing items. You will then be
directed to one of the check in tables. |
 |
Remember all sellers must have an accurate total
item count, cardstock tags, all tags safety pinned onto clothing with
hangers facing left, and a complete description on every item to be
accepted. |
 |
There are 8 check lines to choose from. Line #1
will be an express line for less than 40 items. |
 |
Your checker will go through your items pulling out any
fall/winter, stained, out-of-date, or excessively worn items. Please
understand that while we try to pull out the above items, it will
depend on the individual checker you are assigned. While we give them
all the same guidelines, some are stricter than others. The
florescent lights bring out many stains that are not seen at home. |
 |
After the checker has looked through your items, we
ask every seller to please rack your own clothes,
sort your books and videos into the appropriate bins, and place your
shoes in the correct sizes/gender. We also ask that our
sellers please bring all toys to the toy department and sort into the
5 bins at the front of the toy section. All other non-clothing,
non-toy items should be sorted into the 5 remaining bins at the base
of the tunnel. We will place all of these items onto the sales
floor, but moving all of this merchandise ourselves is getting a
little overwhelming.

When racking your
clothing items, the pink signs are for girl’s clothing and the green
signs are for the boy’s clothing. If a range of sizes is given
on the tag, please place the item in the lower size (ex. 3-6months
should be placed in the 3 month size). Please be very careful
when racking your clothes, as items placed in the wrong size will not
sell. |
 |
If the racks become too full in a size, please do not
bunch the clothing together to make room. Instead, we ask that
you place your clothing neatly in a pile below the size. We will
move clothing after seller check-in is closed to display your items in
the best way. Older girl and boy sizes, Teen and Maternity
clothing will be located in the breezeway. Please remove these
clothing items from the rolling rack and walk through the cafeteria to
the breezeway after racking your other items first. Because of
the tight space in the cafeteria and 5 stairs, you will not be able to
roll your rack up to the breezeway. Please keep the
rolling rack in the gymnasium. |
 |
As you are racking your clothes, we ask that no one pre
shop by looking through the clothing racks or other items. This
will be strictly enforced.... we know its hard. |
 |
Please bring your rolling
rack back outside to unloading area. You’re Done! |
