Please enter the Fairgrounds from the Callaway Road entrance. You will meet a volunteer who will give you a seller check in slip. Please complete the first 3 lines of the slip along with your self addressed envelope prior to bringing your clothing into the sale.. |

There are 3 main drop off areas. Please see map below. Drop Off Area 1 - All large indoor/outdoor play equipment and large baby equipment (including high chairs, strollers, bouncy seats, exersaucers, gates and bed rails) are to be dropped off at the front of the tent. Please drive thru the concrete area between the small out buildings to reach the front of the tent. . Drop off Area 2 - All furniture (cribs, toddler beds, bassinets, pack n plays, changing tables etc) is to be driven to the rear of the tent for set up inside the front of Building B. Remember, all cribs and pack n plays need to be fully assembled after you park and check in. Proceed around the bldg. to the designed parking area. . Drop off Area 3 - All other merchandise including clothes, shoes, toys, linens, books, décor, diaper pails, bath tubs, backpacks, front or back baby carriers, and misc. girl and boy items are to be brought into Building A along with your envelope and seller check in slip. Please park your car, obtain a rolling rack to bring to your car and roll items into Building A. |

You can drop off your large items (Area 1 or 2) either first or last depending on how you packed your car. If you are only selling large items, you will still need to come into building A to register |

Please present your self addressed envelope, check in slip, and one hanging clothing item to the greeter in Bldg. A You will then be assigned a check in table. |

Remember all sellers must have an accurate total item count, cardstock tags, all tags safety pinned onto clothing with hangers facing left, and a complete description on every item to be accepted. |

Your checker will go through your items pulling out any fall/winter, stained, out-of-date, or excessively worn items. Please understand that while we try to pull out the above items, it will depend on the individual checker you are assigned. While we give them all the same guidelines, some are stricter than others. The florescent lights bring out many stains that are not seen at home. |

After the checker has looked through your items, as always, we are asking every seller to please rack your own clothes, sort your books and videos into the appropriate bins, and place your shoes in the correct sizes/gender. We are also asking that our sellers please bring all toys to the toy department and sort into the 5 bins at the front of the toy section. All other non-clothing, non-toy items should be sorted into the 5 remaining bins at the base of the tunnel. We will place all of these items onto the sales floor, but moving all of this merchandise ourselves is getting a little overwhelming. J |

The Pink size markers are for the girl's clothing and the green size markers are for boy's clothing. If a range of sizes is given on the tag, please place the item in the lower size (ex. 3-6months should be placed in the 3 month size). Please be careful when racking your clothing as items placed in the wrong size will not sell. You may notice several sizes without racks where you will place your clothing in neat stacks on the floor. After seller check-in is closed, we will use the rolling racks to display the clothes in those sizes. If the racks become too full in a size, please do not bunch the clothing together to make room. Instead, we ask that you place your clothing neatly in a pile below the size. We will move clothing after seller check-in is closed to display your items in the best possible way. |

We also ask that no one pre-shop by looking through the clothing racks or other items during drop off. This will be strictly enforced...we know its hard. J |
